Tyler Sherden switches from DB to RB with success.

Luther College sophomore running back Tyler Sherden (Rochester, Minn./John Marshall) amassed 251 all-purpose yards in Luther’s 52-13 victory over Cornell. He had 27 carries for 161 yards including a five-yard touchdown run and had two receptions for 19 yards. To go along with 6.0 yard per carry and 9.5 yard per reception average, Sherden returned one kick for 71 yards. In six games since moving from defensive back to running back, he has rushed for 817 yards and 11 touchdowns on 171 carries.
